• 1935 Reinold Hagen founded the „Galvanische Werkstätten“ (Galvanizing Workshop) and creates the name „Kautex“
• 1949 After WW II, Reinold Hagen developed the first blow molding machine
• 1976 Foundation of Kautex Maschinenbau GmbH and purchase by Krupp
• 1980 Krupp Kautex Maschinenbau GmbH
• 2000 SIG Kautex GmbH
• 2004 Kautex Maschinenbau GmbH – Private Owner
• 2006 Management buy-out
