Optimizing of Machines, Machine Components and Processing Techniques

A permanent installation of our Technikum is a machine with two independent extrusion systems (mono-layer high-temperature and dual durometer sequential co-extrusion - SeCo).  Additionally, the Technikum includes a testing facility for continuous development of our extruders and parison heads. Thus, we can make certain that all extrusion systems from 30 to 150 mm diameter provide the highest level of performance.

The blow molding machinery is exchanged from time to time to represent the most current product portfolio. This gives our customers the opportunity to always see the latest machine models in the Technikum or to become even more familiar with new equipment by sampling a mold.
