We are looking for a
Project Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Leads projects for the business cases for acquisition, sales order, retrofit and development.
- Planning, defining and tracking the activities, milestones and deadlines of the project. For this purpose, the provided project management tools and methods are used and acted accordingly in the project team. The results are documented in the company's project planning environment.
- Assumption of complete responsibility for full clarification in the event of changes to the scope of supply and services. Internal supplements are the responsibility of the Project Manager.
- Responsibility for the clarification, communication and tracking of milestones, technical aspects and logistics as an interface to the customer (e.g. parts provided by the customer to the machine/mould or similar, logistics transport, deadlines etc.).
- Responsible for the planning and execution of the preliminary and final acceptance with the customer as well as the elimination of residual defects.
- Responsibility for the timely receipt of project-related client payments.
- Responsibility for project closure, which includes handing over the project to After Sales, recording "lessons learned" from project execution and deriving conclusion from these in improvements for future orders.
Our requirements
- Technical degree or technical training appropriate to the tasks
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in the mechanical/plant engineering industry
- Excellent internal and external communication skills
- Structured and independent way of working
- Strong customer orientation and ability to work in a team
