New customer center in Berlin
Kautex Maschinenbau has opened a new 500 square meter customer center in Kleinmachnow near Berlin for sales, service, training and spare part warehousing.
”Our customers will benefit from the new Berlin location with faster reaction times, a wider customer service program, and intensive personal on-site consulting,” says Marco Stühmeier who manages the new customer center. Stühmeier was previously Production Manager for extrusion blow molding machines at Uniloy Milacron Germany / B&W and has many years of experience. Thilo Schmidt, Head of Global Service at Kautex Maschinenbau, is also happy about the new customer center. ”We offer customer training in Berlin, extensive services around machinemaintenance, as well as consulting on modernizing systems by retrofitting – not just for Kautex machines.”
Five-headed competence team
The new team of the customer center consists of experts in the areas of spare part sales, field service, start-up, and sales. Marco Stühmeier, Adrian Brouwers, and Sebastian Borrmann are supported by Karola Hepfner. She joined Kautex Maschinenbau as Sales Manager for Packaging at the beginning of the year and also brings longterm experience in blow molding to the table. Thomas Stefaniak, a Senior process engineer in Bonn, will join the team at the end of the year. The new customer center is not just the first service address for Kautex customers but also for those who already own packaging machines from various producers. Consulting on new machines is of course part of the service package.
