Following the acquisition by Jwell Machinery Co. Ltd. From January 2024, Kautex
Maschinenbau System GmbH is back to the normal operative business and continue
implementing the same corporate strategy like before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three blow molding machines were shipped out from our production facility in Bonn to the
customer so far after the successful factory acceptance test in Bonn. The next 3 Machines
will be ready in the upcoming months. Not only for machine delivery, the sales and after
sales activities have been a focus of the management team during these times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The After Sales business are becoming on track again. The end to end supply chain
management is working also very well. The collaboration between Kautex Team and Jwell
Team was shown intensively in the last week, by join visit to customers in Europe and Asian
region. some of the activities can be found also in our social media channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quanquan Zhou. The finalization of the facility and the new company is still ongoing. Some

after sales requirements from the current customers from Asian region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
