Kautex’s C3LS® (Closed-Loop Component Clean Line System) is the only OEM-independent blow molding technology on the market that fully complies with Euro 6 / China 6 emission regulations — and it’s already proven in mass production across the U.S. and Asia.

Unlike proprietary systems, C3LS® gives full process ownership to OEMs and Tier-1s. It’s compatible with existing single- or double-station Kautex machines and offers ultrafast changeovers — format switches in just 4 hours thanks to industrial robot-based integration.
