The KCC Series is built in China according to German standards, designed for consumer and industrial packaging, offering reliable performance and flexibility. Tailored for the production of bottles and jerry cans up to 50 L, it combines efficiency with robust engineering and cost-effectiveness.
Its design features single- and double-station machines with shuttling clamping units, seamlessly integrating deflashing, leak testing, and linear article take-out. Powered by durable hydraulic drives, the series ensures consistent output even under demanding conditions.
The technical highlights: robust hydraulic drive technology, processing from mono- to co-extrusion parisons, and a versatile clamp concept available in two versions. The Classic Version offers an open concept with bottom blow integration for complex part geometries, while the MK3 Version is optimized for efficient bottle production.
