Our Core Technologies
PWDS® – Partial Wall Thickness Distribution
As pioneer of PWDS® technology, we offer systems that enable dynamic, section-specific control of parison wall thickness. This improves product strength where needed, reduces material use, and allows lightweighting without compromising quality – ideal for high-performance and cost-sensitive applications.
SFDR® – Static Flexible Die Ring
Our SFDR® system replaces the solid mandrel and enables easy profile changes without time-consuming dismantling of the mandrel tool. It allows highly flexible profile designs in blow-molded products. Thanks to its smart construction consisting of three components – mandrel shaft, inner mandrel part, and SFDR® ring – any desired profile setting can be achieved.
