Suction Blow Molding
Suction blow molding enables the production of complex, three-dimensional components – seamless, material-efficient, and assembly-friendly. The process draws the parison into the mold using vacuum pressure, ensuring precise shaping even for long or highly contoured parts such as air ducts and filler pipes.
Combined with systems like RWDS (Radial Wall Distribution System), wall thickness can be actively adjusted to meet specific mechanical or thermal requirements, reducing weight and improving performance. A high level of automation ensures process reliability and fast cycle times.

Our KBS and K3D series machines are optimized for the efficient production of air duct systems with complex geometries. Thanks to RWDS wall thickness control, critical zones can be selectively reinforced while minimizing material use. The suction blow molding process allows for tight radii and high dimensional stability – ideal for engine bay and turbocharger applications. Robotic take-out and post-processing ensure maximum efficiency.
