Bonn, March 5, 2024 – Kautex Maschinenbau System GmbH, the leader in technology
development and manufacture of extrusion blow molding systems, has repositioned itself and
adapted its processes and structures to the new conditions
Following the acquisition by Jwell Machinery Co. Ltd. From January 2024, Kautex
Maschinenbau System GmbH is back to the normal operative business and continue
implementing the same corporate strategy like before.
Haichao He, President of Jwell mentioned that the Kautex Brand, Machine and Technologies
has strong image and well known in the blow molding market. With a well-developed strategy
and well-skilled employees, Kautex continue building a brand reputation as a premium
machinery solution provider in the blow molding machinery world. We continue to pursue this
strategy consistently and enrich it with elements of the Jwell strategy.”
Normal Operation mode
After finalizing all necessary requirement for the company registration, Kautex Maschinenbau
System GmbH is now back to the normal operation mode.
Three blow molding machines were shipped out from our production facility in Bonn to the
customer so far after the successful factory acceptance test in Bonn. The next 3 Machines
will be ready in the upcoming months. Not only for machine delivery, the sales and after
sales activities have been a focus of the management team during these times.
The After Sales business are becoming on track again. The end to end supply chain
management is working also very well. The collaboration between Kautex Team and Jwell
Team was shown intensively in the last week, by join visit to customers in Europe and Asian
region. some of the activities can be found also in our social media channel.
New Management Team
Kautex Maschinenbau System GmbH is entering the new chapter with a fresh leadership
team. Thomas Hartkämper, CEO and CSO of the Kautex Maschinenbau Group, will leave
the company at his own request. “After we were able to ensure that the established corporate
strategy is maintained, I was able to accept a new challenge in my professional career with a
clear conscience. The management team we have built up over the last few years represents
the path we have taken to align the Kautex Maschinenbau Group with sustainable growth.
The entry of the strategic investor and the associated completion of the transformation is a
very good time for me to hand over a reorganized and up-and-coming company to the next
level,” says Thomas Hartkämper.

Update Kautex Shunde
After securing the brand, patents and most relevant assets of the Kautex Group, Jwell has
established a new company Foshan Kautex Machinery Manufacturing, Co. Ltd. In region
Shunde Foshan City, Guangdong Province.
Haichao He, the chairman of Jwell, takes over the role as the CEO, supported by Mr.
Quanquan Zhou. The finalization of the facility and the new company is still ongoing. Some
operative topics can be handled already through the new-Co in Shunde.
Kautex Maschinenbau System GmbH in Bonn, together with Jwell team, are managing the
after sales requirements from the current customers from Asian region.
