Performance oriented and cost efficient at the same time. We have continued to develop the hydraulic extrusion blow molding machines of the KCC range consistently over generations. The popular all-rounders are produced at our plant in China and they offer a broad spectrum of possibilities for use, ranging from packaging, through automotive to special applications. When developing the third generation KCC models, we didn’t only modernize the design; we also optimized and added numerous technical features. This enables you to enjoy the most attractive introduction possible to the Kautex world. Most machines are available as single or double stations. The clamping forces range from 60 kN to 400 kN.

Trainee pilots practice on flight simulators before they are allowed to take control of a real aircraft. And now there is a similar simulator for blow molding machines from Kautex Maschinenbau.
The Augmented Service enables Kautex service technicians to perform direct virtual observation for problem analysis and problem solving.
Kautex foam technology “K-Foam” brings substantial savings on material useage and an improved carbon footprint in the production of blow-molded products. All Kautex Maschinenbau machines can be equipped or retrofitted with this system.
