IntelliGate integration system
The IntelliGate system from Kautex Maschinenbau turns your Kautex extrusion blow molding machines into a complete production cell.
The individual modules are coordinated to your machine by our experts and connected via the next generation Connext interface.
This not only ensures that your machine communicates to the individual modules, but also connects the compressed air and power supply to each module.
The replacement and retrofitting of IntelliGate modules for a Kautex machine is now possible with a considerable time saving.
Flexible post cooling modules
Post cooling has special significance in the jerry can manufacturing process. Various arrangements are available depending on the final plastic product production solution requirements. There is now more flexibility with the advanced IntelliGate post cooling modules. The process can be scaled more easily to customer specifications and subsequently modified by linking additional modules.
Advanced further processing
With customized IntelliGate modules (for instance, as a quality center) and the Connext interface, you make downstream equipment an integral part of your Kautex machine. To set standards in production, in addition to your extrusion blow molding machine, you also need further processing systems that are perfectly integrated into your production line.
