Blow molding machines for the efficient manufacture of pipes
Since the development of the first components with complex shapes such as air ducts, Kautex Maschinenbau has been working actively together with customers to make the processes even more efficient in order to enable the most effective and lowest waste production possible.
What we currently offer our customers is divided into two processes. Firstly, there is the so-called horizontal process in which the parison is put into the horizontal lying mold by robot prior to blowing. Secondly, there is the suction blow molding process in which the parison is sucked through the mold, which is already closed. As the first manufacturer of double-station blow molding systems, we can look back proudly on many years of experience.
With us you benefit from two established processes, which provide you with wide-ranging possibilities for production of 3D parts with minimum use of raw materials. With sequential co-extrusion (SeCo), you can even combine hard and soft materials without any need for additional connecting pieces. That reduces the assembly steps and saves on costs.
