Preventive maintenance can provide you with protection which supplements customary scheduled maintenance. This involves our professional service technicians regularly inspecting your Kautex extrusion blow molding solutions on site.

We check the system carefully for worn or defective components and inspect the electrical functionality. The system consumables will also be changed during each preventive maintenance intervention. We can also check the output of the extruder on request.

Regular basic mechanical and safety-related examinations prevent wear effectively, save on costs for repairs or spare parts, and prevent machine down times and product delivery delays.
